Last week I paid off my 72 square meter flat here in Budapest. I'm living in District VII on Almassy Ter. Summer is coming and this place is Kick ASS :thumbsup

Still have my home in Jerome AZ. Looking to spend 9 months here and 3 months there.....For me the bottom line is Winter Sucks here....Much warmer in AZ.
