So I was running yesterday and inside my thighs its all chafed so
how do i get rid of this stuff that looks like cottage cheese that has formed?

I would suggest eating MCdonalds french fries 3 times per day and eating a huge meal before you go to sleep. Also be sure to sit in an office for 9 hours per day drinking only pepsi.
