To elaborate more on the adsense sharing:

Directly after every post google adsense is displayed. If you are a moderator, then the adsense will contain your ID in each new thread you make, and in some threads you reply in. So all you'd need to do is start interesting threads that have a good potential to be active, and you can earn money.
