The size is exactly wmv-hd. 1280x720 29.97 fps

We use 1mbps, which is compressed in comparison to an original wmv-hd dvd, which is 5-9 mbps. Theoretically that is impossible to stream.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I was under the impression that high definition DVDs are not available yet.
