epassporte support .... WTF !!!
i sent an email to the epassporte support some days ago because i cant get money from the ATM with my NEW electron card (PIN is accepted). Never had any problems with the old card!
Day after day i get the message: Transaction cancelled - No transaction possible at the moment. So your support said i should try again. Ok, i did that and still the same problem. Sent an email two days ago and said that i need to get some money from the bank! Nothing, no reply.... WTF! You wont win a prize for the best support in the industry. Damn! |
I've found the only real way to get something done with epassporte is to call them on the phone. They seem to ignore emails to cs.

well, thanks to epass, i think they offer a great way of holding offshore funds on cards that can be used in any atm
without having to resort to opening a bank account offshore. |
epassportes system is pretty good, but their support is dumb as fuck. even a bot would do better work.

Hell yea, ccbill is crazy good, their client support at least. It's not as easy getting help from people higher up the ladder.

I had a problem and emailed them twice with no success. I then picked up the phone and it was sorted in less than a minute.

get a hold of them directly..i have several direct contact methods..hit me up tomorrow afternoon if you are still waiting..sometimes emails just never arrive :(

In my experience, epassporte only answers emails that you send from within your epassport account. Don't try to send them an email from your Hotmail account or anything else like that.
