epassporte support .... WTF !!!
 

i sent an email to the epassporte support some days ago because i cant get money from the ATM with my NEW electron card (PIN is accepted). Never had any problems with the old card!

Day after day i get the message:

Transaction cancelled - No transaction possible at the moment.

So your support said i should try again. Ok, i did that and still the same problem. Sent an email two days ago and said that i need to get some money from the bank! Nothing, no reply.... WTF!

You wont win a prize for the best support in the industry. Damn!

I've found the only real way to get something done with epassporte is to call them on the phone. They seem to ignore emails to cs.

Yea I agree, they won't answer e-mails right now - I will call them shortly.

same problem here.. sent them 2 e-mails last 10 days, no answer

epass sucks, sheez you would think people knew this by now. If it werent for adult industry they would be nothing

well, thanks to epass, i think they offer a great way of holding offshore funds on cards that can be used in any atm

without having to resort to opening a bank account offshore.

epassportes system is pretty good, but their support is dumb as fuck. even a bot would do better work.

How much money would you really trust in their hands? Would you really sleep well at night leaving any real money in epassporte??...

I've got about $3k in epass, I sleep well at night knowing that they're with a good offshore bank, and I believe its the same company as epoch, or Paycom ... or one of them anyway. :1orglaugh

CCbill should enter the competition and show them how to set up a working service. CCbill support is damn fast.

Hell yea, ccbill is crazy good, their client support at least. It's not as easy getting help from people higher up the ladder.

I agree and will never use Epass. I will stick with a regular credit card and ACH payments.

geez pick up your phone and call them instead of wasting 1,5 days here posting about it.

I had a problem and emailed them twice with no success. I then picked up the phone and it was sorted in less than a minute.

get a hold of them directly..i have several direct contact methods..hit me up tomorrow afternoon if you are still waiting..sometimes emails just never arrive :(

In my experience, epassporte only answers emails that you send from within your epassport account. Don't try to send them an email from your Hotmail account or anything else like that.

i did send them from within your epassport account. That doesnt help.
