I've been with qwest since 2001... there cust support isn't the best, but we've been up/online 95% of the time, with pretty damn close to promised speeds. Cox used to suck years ago, but I have not heard about their performance since. :2 cents:

I've had both and use Cox currently (not in a European Lee way)

Cox blows away DSL... much much faster and greater bandwidth too
