Asking for legal advice on a message board is ridiculous. Let's face it, the vast majority of the people on this board are very part time in this business, and alot of them aren't even old enough to be in this business.
The posters on GFY aren't going to come to your arraignment if and when you get arrested for 2257 violations.
"So and so from the GFY board told me" isn't a valid defense strategy in federal court.
