My question is this.
Despite it being sick and something more than likely none of us would run, build, or promote. With the fact that it happens to be legal in the US and abroad (for the most part). Why would anyone attempt to get the processor, host, or other third party related to it censored? Sad fact is it is legal.
That is of course unless you do not mind others wishing to eventually censor what you do because even though it is legal they personally do not agree with it.

I am not about to go check each site. If they happen to be either "artistic" or non nude sites then sadly they are indeed legal in the US. Even if they use very underage models. Feel free to go ask the ASCAP about it, who undoubtably would have already reported must of them if they were actual CP or fell under the guidelines of CP.
So again it may be sick but it just happens to be legal, no matter who they are catering to.

Not true. Weve been doing nonnude sites forever. And I can quote you a lotta cases where even though it was nonnude the site had to be taken down.

Read the TOS on your host, see what they have to say on nonnude underaged content. They wont allow it. None of the US based hosts do.

I dont like the site I saw for obvious reasons. I have to say though it is not sad thing this kind of content is processed legally because the opposite is something you don't want to experience.

They know, they also know Ive pulled the links. The reps online even on icq, he's gonna post they are about to remove the sites. That's what they said 3 months ago.

Just because most US based hosts will not allow it, that does not mean it is illegal.
