How do you change your CCBill payouts from Check to Wire ?

They emailed me a formular, but that is years ago, so I dont know if that one is still valid.

In order to setup a wire transfer for you we will need the following form sent in:

you need to send him fax,so mail to ccbill ask this qustion then they will send form or just link with pdf form , fill out and then fax to ccbill....
