Okay, so I cheated and haven't been to bed yet. Sue me.

It's 5 am on a lovely Tuesday morning, and today's thread hasn't been selected yet. let me crash for a few hours first.

it's 7 here, and I havn't been to, nor am I going to bed.

Sometimes I really hate being an insomniac.

i know what you mean; sometimes i pull all nighters so that the next day i can fall asleep at a normal time and get my sleeping back on track... and then i fix my sleeping cycle for a couple of days, and then fuck it up again.. i've gotten better now, but it sucked before :winkwink:

I heard this thing called valrian root, or something like that, is a very good natural sleep enducer. I think i'm gonna look more into it, as I've always been an insomniac, and have only slept for about 1/6 of my life or something, average is 1/3.
