Bought a new house and I need a new TV.. Looking for Rear Projection LCD suggestions.
 
HDTV and more than 50" in the 3-4k range.. Any suggestions?

Its pretty sweet. I was looking at another Sony but then found out this was a better model and a grand cheaper. Great price.

get a DLP rear projection High Def. great picture but cheaper than plasma's or flat screen's.

HDTV isnt really good for anologic or digital cable... You might be disapointed if thats what you have..

I bought a HDTV in 2000 and was never disappointed. Back then there was only PBS in HDTV and another demo channel. :1orglaugh

Right now, true. But over the next 3-4 years things are really going to start changing. Makes more sense to be prepared.

In 3-4 years? There's already PBS, CBC, ABC, NBC, FOX, Movie Channels, Discovery, Sport Channels in HDTV.. There's already a lot of HDTV programming..

Yes, I know. But soon every new TV will be HD. Meaning more and more will be switching over, and quickly.
