I forget the name, and my stomach always feels weird on a flight, even if I don't eat anything.
What do you take before a long flight? |

I've heard good things about something called "Lomatil".... or something. Lomasil?... no, I think it's Lomatil.
Anyway some people had them on my Mexico flight several years ago, and seemed quite happy with it. |

last flight i took 1 mg of xanax .5 mg of Ambien and a Vicodin just to top it off ... i don't like flying to must ... :disgust

if you are susceptible to motion sickness best to use the drug free approach.
go to walgreens and buy the elastic wrist bands that have the accupressure buttons in them, maybe 5-10 bucks. use as directed approx 1 hour before the flight (or boat trip) and during. chew some hard candies also. you will be surprised, but they do work, navy pilots use them. |
