I'm getting married on Friday

Well it was bound to happen someday, and this Friday at 6pm I'm pulling the trigger and getting MARRIED. We'll have around 75 people in attendance.

Lemme hear your BEST wedding and reception stories. Any suggestions, gotchas or sentiments are appreciated in advance.

Don't bother with the "Don't do it's" because I'm in love and happily looking forward to many years with my lady. :thumbsup Those of you who've met my girl know why I believe I'm the luckiest sumbitch on the planet.

My fiance' has requested that I come up with two songs, one during which my mother and I will have a dance (aww) and the other during which I'll be sucking the garter belt off her thigh (my fiance's, not my mom's). The more I think about it, the more I realize the faith I have in GFY to come up with the perfect songs for this occasion.

Chris I wish you all the best man. Marriage is not easy but if you do it right it can be very rewarding. Honestly I was so drunk I have no memory of what the song was when I danced with my mom so I can?t help you there sorry. But i can give you my 2 cents on marriage.

There is really only 1 key to making it a good wedding day. Keep the bride happy! The wedding day is all about her. They dream about this day for as long as we have dreaded it. As long as you make sure she is happy it will be a good start to the rest of your life. If you don?t and you?re still married in 20 years you will still be hearing about it.

She's nervous as shit about it... not the actual "getting hitched" part, but rather the godawful stress of having organized a florist, photographer, officiant, invitations, RSVP cards, wedding favors (little jars with jelly beans), bridesmaid dresses, tuxedoes, DJs, booze, guest book, flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and probably a bunch of other shit I'm forgetting.

We're also hoping it doesn't rain. *knock knock*
