Open Office kicks major ass !!!

I just wonder why you would buy microsofts?

On the news they say uk schools are going to use http://www.openoffice.org/ to save cash.

Open Office is great really :thumbsup !!

tried the Open Office suite, im not ready to switch over.
i still love MS Office :winkwink:

OO works great for me!

I use OO, it's really slow on saving spreadsheets, but it's absolutely fine.

It took away my reason to crack M$ products..

Why change somethign that works, MS word has been doing fine for years now. Why experiement.

open source software is more likely to be free of bugs and can work more efficiently. Plus it's free so you can use it on any computer.

It was the same thing when Linux first came out...it was opensource also and that's why it was so stable of an operating system.

open office crashed on me multiple times. Even though it does have a nice recovery similar to MS Office. But after about 2 weeks I went back to Office. It may work for some but wasn't reliable enough for me.

My MS office is free of bugs as far as i know. YEars on it and no errors.
