I think they should show it in Hell, that is by far the worst Television show in the world, and is the only thing that motivates me to find my remote and change the channel.

those kinda shows are all the same, its all shit.
1 or 2 uniques standing out, like seinfeld, thats fun cuz its not serious at all. Comedy with a serious message is fucked up.

I don't know what y'all are talking about. I think it's comedic GENIUS....And I rarely watch the show but when I did, I ALWAYS laughed...

I'll bet the same people who didn't like this show also probably thinks that Seinfeld was the greatest comedy of all time and I hardly EVER laughed at that show.

Now, THAT'S an interesting point. Hmmm...

I wouldn't say "greatest comedy of all time", but I certainly LIKED and WATCHED Seinfeld. Maybe it's a New York thing -- I'm from NY, and part of the irritation with the Raymond character might have to do with him being too nice. It's like the gimp wildebeeste (spunky - :)) in the after-10PM nature shows -- you know -- the hyenas are all watching and waiting to tear it to shreds.

Yeah -- he's too nice -- :Oh crap -- and it makes me vi:mad:lent -- weird -- :)

I'm married and both me and my wife hate it.

I think this is kind of true. I used to laugh at married with children when I was a kid but after I got married and divorced I ROAR with laughter when I watch it now because I get the jokes better.

Friends sucks too, but it's better then Raymond.

I'm not a big fan, but the show can be good. He makes a ton because he owns the show and it's been a huge success. He's producer, creator and lead actor. Being the least funny of the cast makes no difference paycheck wise.

he's no jerry seinfeld...........i think that show, seinfeld, will be remembered as the number one comedy of all time, and seeing how the seinfeld dvd's are setting record sales for a tv show to dvd sales-wise, i think a lot of ppl agree.

season 4 is coming out on dvd soon, along with season 5 of the sopranos

True. I didn't like it at first either. Like many shows, you need to give it a chance and learn the characters to understand all of the jokes.

I think I may have caught a few episodes, but none in years. Too cliche for me, and up against tougher competition (me cranking out updates).

I've always liked Peter Boyle (the Dad), but I was never much for formulaic comedies that cater to the lowest common denominator - hey, I guess that's why the show was a ratings success and profitable.

Still, hard to believe that Ray Romano made $1.8 million per episode.

I've watched some episodes because I like Rays comedy, didnt care for the show much. he's on a lot of dr. katz episodes with a lot of funny stuff.

i've seen some of the trailers and Raymond is not funny at all.
