I moved ... to a new construction . I had a hard time getting videotron to connect me and they fucked arround for couple weeks . I finally decided to get sympatico and it took another week till I got the connection :)

At the same time one of my very good friend had personal problems and I had to help him out .

I cancelled my contract with sympatico last week and came back to videotron

spunky, i think you're misunderstanding "defamation of character". the fact that you're a character and dre is defaming you doesn't make it "defamation of character".

to sue for that, you actually have to have a reputation to defend and proof that dre has ruined your rep. but whatever rep you may have had to defend, you've ruined yourself anyways.

besides, your city appointed lawyer is only there to help you when you get busted driving your 86 purple sundance while drunk. he can't help you sue someone.
