What exactly is a "postbot"?
 

Someone offered me a "postbot" for use on vbulletin boards.
He is asking a LOT of money for it.

Is this something that is hard to come by?

If it is what I think it is, I'm guessing it is frowned upon by Lens and GFY though, right? :disgust

its a tool used by sheep herders to control their flock.

its s tool to make new topics and replys to topics on the forums. It will "read" the post and generate a reply 3 times as clever as Lil2Rich4U2

Like for promoting specific things you could automatically reply to certain posts with "keywords"..? That sounds pretty handy.
