VA....we have some kickass class 5 rapids, both on the james river & the rappahannock

This particular part of the river is about 3 blocks from the city of fredericksburg...where the union army attempted to build a bridge accross the river while under confederate sniper fire...and right near george washingtons mumz house

Not only is it pretty, but its full of history.....

fishing is more about the relaxation & being in the middle of nature, than about catching fish anyways :)

well i went down there several times this week & caught a few herring...i like catching a mess of herring & freezing them for mid-summer catfishing....nothing makes better bait for catfish imo

i think i'll be setting up a fishing expedition on my cousins charter boat possibly this summer for webmasters, when me & my boy launch our new program

it will be on the chesapeak bay...& of course all expenses paid, everyones just gotta pony up a tip for the first mate, for keeping your lines baited & rollin ; )
