US Dollar is Going Up Again For Us Canadians!!

1.265+ Today

I love the political bullshit going on in Canada that is dropping our currency.
1.3 shouldnt be too far from now.

sherie 05-13-2005 03:23 PM

Woohoo. Now if the damn banks weren't ripping us off that would be even better news. I know my bank is still only buying at 1.22 but of course selling at 1.30.

Phoenix 05-13-2005 03:23 PM

Jman 05-13-2005 03:24 PM

Wrong... CIBC at Agrignon mall has a bank machine with US cash.

Did a USD to my Canadian account transfer at a rate of 1.24, not too bad as xe.com was quoting 1.22 this morning.

Really? I've been looking for one for a while and the banks I've asked (CIBC, RBC and TD) have all told me no. Granted, it's been a while since I asked.

So I can pull out US cash with any card at this ATM?

Antonio 05-13-2005 05:06 PM

The dollar is stronger against the Euro cause of better than expected retail data; it's up against most of the currencies, not only the Can dollar. Good news for me too, hope it strengthens even further ;)

It's been there for about 6 months, but I haven't checked out which networks it will work with.

The FTAA globalists intend to destroy the Canadian currency so that you will be forced to accept a new EU style monetary system which will incorporate all of the Western Hemisphere
