The greek family did it. Indeed, Bezos is a genious and amazon rocks. It's the synonym of e-commerce. Same with cd-now. A stupid guy some years ago came up with a copy of his site, exact same layout, same domain with regional extension. He got sued in a period of a week and came up to pay some $10000s after a short trial.
