Really annoying about CCBill stats

the Session Expire Window !
It really drives me mad some times. Am I the only one?
I once had suggested to them to let you choose an expire date by yourself or to make it 60 minutes, but never got an answer on it.... :smiling_b

(oh I don't say that CCBill is bad, just pointing out 1 thing I don't like)

pradaboy 05-13-2005 07:02 AM

I know that you have lots of free time. Unfortunately I don't and because of the CCBill short sessions I don't have time for your beers. Better take some frozen beers with you tonight :winkwink:

Dalai lama 05-13-2005 07:10 AM

FunForOne 05-13-2005 07:11 AM

FreeOnes 08-21-2005 11:54 PM

Get some new programmers CCBill. Everything is possible to program. Don't tell me that this is so difficult. What am I paying all those fees for?

This thing still drives me nuts!

Nope! You definitely aren't the only one!

Our admin/systems were designed to be complaint with Visa CISP regulations. Although seemingly inconvenient, one of the user authentication and password rules is:

"If a session has been idle for more than 15 minutes, require the user to re-enter the password to re-activate the terminal."

Many people are not aware that this was done to ensure compliancy with strict security rules/policies, although again, some may find it inconvenient.

Doc911 08-22-2005 03:14 PM

I've only had it happen a few times.

I was actually surprised when people contact me to lower the time for them, they seem to understand when I explain. Direct reference from the rules below:

8.5.15: "If a session has been idle for more than 15 minutes, require the use to re-enter the password to re-activate the terminal."
