has your sleep schedule changed at all?
when i was younger i used to be an early bird, ie wake up at around 6am, even before school and on weekends, no matter how late i stayed out i would be up at 6am.
now i dont go to sleep until 1:30-3 and wake up around 11:00-12:00 nothing beats working at home in sweats though. :winkwink: |
i sleep at 6:00am wake up around 2:00pm ....OOOPS =D

my schedule changes weekly. sometimes i go to bed at 6am and get up at 10am, sometimes i pass out at midnight and get up at 5am. it's probably not to healthy. i could never manage on set sleep schedule.

i can only sleep 3 hours at a time and fall asleep at random times during the day. i should probably visit a doctor soon and get some :helpme

back when i had an office job, i was working 12-8. i'd sleep from 4-11. now that i work from home, i go to bed between 5 and 9 am and wake up between 12 and 5 PM.
