The owner purchased it last year as an addition to a large portfolio of businesses (mostly mainstream) and has subsequently decided to sell.

Then it had 200+ recurring members now the number has reduced since they are not being actively promoted.

Affiliate database is over 200 previously active webmasters with full details.

Paying client list/potentials = 2000 users

In my view the business would be an ideal opportunity for a company wishing to expand into the affiliate market possibly including their own sites and exploit the previous clients database (affiliate and member base) as well as using the assets the sites posses.

Incorrect:
The sites were promoted moderately for 14 months and since have not post purchase.
If you are a serious buyer you can view the company stats to see it has not been promoted since purchase by webmasters or internally.
