$250 contest - Design a menu for a restaurant
 

Something non-adult - but I am sure there are many capable people here that could do this...

My restaurant needs a new menu design and I'm out of ideas right now.

Here's the old design (Microsoft Word xml file)...

And here's one I'm toying with (Microsoft Publisher file)...

I need a design that's classy and says British - but it needs to be engrossing. The menu is 4 pages - the new file shows the new items and prices on the menu. Ideally the historical blurb and other stuff from the old menu would be combined with the stuff in the new one.

I prefer Microsoft Publisher files, or Word docs if possible please.

If yours is the winning design I'll pay you $250. But I'm in a hurry to update this menu :)

The menu will only be used in my restaurant so whatever graphics (such as English Landmarks etc) you find on the web will be fine. Don't worry about copyright - just note the page you got it from and we'll negotiate with them if you win.
