If you buy it 1024 megs (gig line) at a time you can get it as low as $9 a meg but you must commit to a gig line from them for that pricing.

When people offer unmetered bandwith they oversuscribe the lines usually by 200% or more to make up for the losses then incure for selling the bandwith for a loss.

If your business relies on your hosting provider why they hell would take a chance on something like this and risk losing customers for a cheap bandwith bill, ill never understand Most (not all) adult webmasters mentality.

Youre fucking stupid, Cogent does not go under $10/meg, and there is NO such thing as 1024 FUCKASS, its 1000Megabits
