I am using image ready and when i save it always look like crap how can i make it so it not so optimized driving me crazy

Ulead GIF animator will do it. You load it in there first to get the frames... save the frames.
Open the frames in Photoshop and put your head on each frame. Save each one as a TRANSPARENT gif and it also helps if you put a Matte around it. Grey or black or whatever you want. I put grey to post on thie board.
Put them back into GIF animator and make it happen.
It's that easy.Comment
