What thumbs script is this site using? (and need a couple of pointers for mgps)

and do you guys find that urls where the gallery location is completely masked (like that site) is better than urls where the gallery location is like http://www.yoursite.com/c.cgi?url=ht...lery.html&p=50 or something
also, that 'rating, votes, used' etc.. are those real numbers? do those seem to do well with mgps or just the good ol' non-statusbar altering methods work best.. what about masking your 'out' script url and having the mouseover instead as the gallery itself? what works best?
and..... is ucj still considered a good trading script?
