    3ccd video camera suggestions / comparisons..

    I know nothing about HD, was looking at Sony's two models that do HD and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them? Good/bad/ugly?

    I have to replace my main camera and don't know that I want to go with the same camera again (Sony DCR VX-2100). Was looking at the Canon XL2, it looks pretty sweet though lenses are expensive.

      2100 is gold in my book - what do you shoot, indoor/outdoor - high/low light - close up/far away - etc... info will help with suggestions

          Mostly indoor closeup with studio lights currently, but I want something I can grow into and not be limited. The 2100 is an awesome camera, but I'd really like to dabble in HD. Not sure if it's worth the jump yet though.
