Use Direct Integration for cancellation, it's an easy XML proggy...

If you want an easy way to delete Expired Users, use the Password Management System, it deletes your expired users for you.

Any Request to Cancel A Subscription or Refund a Tansaction
Should Be Carbon Copied VIA E-MAIL TO: [email protected].
You Must Provide Your SUBSCRIPTION ID AND TRANSACTION NUMBER In Order to Properly Request a Cancellation.

When someone joins my site their username, password, subsubscription #, transaction # and expiration date are all saved to a mysql database. I then go into the cmi, run a report of expired/cancelled users and import them into a table in my database. I then run a script that removes my expired/cancelled members and sends each one an email directing them to the link where they can rejoin if desired.

Works well for me!
