Anyone goes for swimming at 7:30am?

im thinking to try it but im a bit of afraid the heart attack

consult please :helpme

I thought I was the only one who was afraid that since I havent done hard cardio in awhile that I was nervous about heart problems haha :) But I run sometimes and feel that my body can take it. Im sure yours can too. Just stretch out those muscles then work your way up gradually.

What in the fuck do the time of day and swimming have to do with your heart?

Ok now that you have placed where you would be swimming at it does make some difference.

Though since you are talking about a sea, seriously how much does the water really warm up by say 5pm? If I was betting I would presume no more than a degree or two if that.

absolutely.....

wake up,
grab a Gatorade,
go downstairs,
jump in the pool..... 90 degrees.

feels damn good. :)

Fuck I just looked it up, you would be lucky to see a 2.5 degree celcius change in sea water Assuming you measured it in january then again in may.
Like I thought day to day or hour to hour there is no noticable difference.

convert your pool to a salt water pool. Zero chemicals.

No of course if you do have a heart attack it is in no way my fault.

abyss_al 05-10-2005 07:39 PM

the key is to warm up the body before you jump in... do some stretching, maybe jog in place... last thing you need is a cramp in there.... and make sure you go in on an empty stomach :thumbsup

Theo 05-10-2005 07:42 PM

AMP,sounds fun

good tips bro :)

i know some guy that was using some kind of oil and he could jump to any cold water, wtf was that? fat oil from whale?
