Not what you think!!! I have be working out with these damn things to
strengthen my tendons and muscles in my arm and let me tell you it's
not easy. Takes care of the afternoon stress as well :thumbsup

I've tried couple of times, but I can't do it the right way. You shouldn't make em touch each other.

Like all balls they do come in different sizes.
Touching is not as important as making them sound right, when used properly they make a very distinct noise.

I agree not much method to the madness but i hear in china they use
them like musical instruments. I can't get a note at turtle speed I use
but the bells inside them do make noise. This may be my long awaited calling :winkwink:

if you choose the right size ball for your hands its much easier to get the hang of. they are very good for your tendons and for finger dexterity.

improves your motor skills and will actualy increase the speed of your typing.

Ya I used those things a couple of times... they kept giving me a head ache though with all the bell gonging and shit... so I ended up just letting one of my bitches play with my balls the same way and it helped me relax more than those child labour pieces of shit!
