thye go down from time to time....maintenance, server problms, etc., etc. Its a little early in the day for them to be doing maintenance so it must be a tech issue.

I just tried to log in and it sent me to a screen to have instructions sent by e-mail to reset my password.

I just logged in fine.

It made me change my password, but I am logged in fine now.

nope, no problems for me, at all

eBay is all messed up. It says my personalized info can't be shown currently and when I try to go to an item listing it says to try later.

From their site:
"eBay experienced a power outage at a priniciple hosting facility in the Bay Area."

Likely what affected PayPal too.
