Damn. from the ten spams I get thru ICQ about 8 are from Clickcash..

There for I wanna nominate this sponsor for the title SPAM SPONSOR OF THE MONTH JANUARY 2002 ;-)

I always just reply back with

Do these spammers have software to spam automatically or do they do it manually?

don't waste your time, you're talking to a bot...

it's all chat bots, the AI technology that goes on stronger chat buts, but oversimplified... there is one that says, hi, wanna chat?

Hi, I'm (random name)

it doesn't matter what you answer, wheter a fuck you or whatever, it'll spam you after you answer and go on to the next of it's multithreaded victims...


I just put them on ignore, but that's not so effective, since they are also using bogus UINs, and IP blocking them is useless too, another proxy brings them back to you...


any ideas on how to block them?
(preferences is already set to not receive from users that aren't in my list, but it's skipping that part too)
