Marlboro Lights, I hate it...it's a nasty habit, but everytime I quit I always end up going back. Guess I'm just weak, if I could stop smoking cigarettes and drinking beer I'd have a lot more money to spend on weed :winkwink:

BTW... i smoked Parliament lights and quit 4.5 months ago cold turkey. Havent had a puff since. :thumbsup

It's actually easier to quit than I expected. The hardest part of quitting was contemplating actually doing it. Once you throw in the towel and give in, you'll wonder why you didnt try it earlier.

Dont beat yourself up wondering when you're going to quit smoking cigs, just do it.
