I have a friend that wants to setup a radio station type stream of his own music through winamp.. He would like it to be live so he can also talk and have call in's

Whats the easiest way to go about this..

Things he might need to know before he starts ?

Resources ? tips ?

He isn't a webmaster , but he is fairly internet savvy
