help....Deinterlace video using adobe prem 1.5
 

hi

just a quick queston...
how do i Deinterlace using adobe prem 1.5?
i think i have found the solution, but i am not 100% sure.
ive found only two buttons to click(ish)
clip/video options/frame hold & field options,
both of which have Deinterlace options!

i am just trying to avoid the nasty lines you get on video clips sometimes.
