Searching for Bulk Mailer
 

I'm searching for a service that could send a newsletter every 2 weeks to 30-40k emails without getting blocked right away. The mails should be sent out within a few min. Lmk if you know some reliable persons or companies that could do this.

www.bighip.com because theyre whitelisted everywhere. Problem is you cant important mails, you only can collect through them.
