AEBN is looking for an MGP operator in the Charlotte, NC Metro area

AEBN is looking for someone who knows Comus Thumbs and UCJ inside out. The ideal candidate will already know how to grow trades and build traffic for MGPs. Experience with other types of sites (link lists, directories, portals, blogs, etc) will be a huge plus.

This position is ideal for an adult webmaster who is looking for a stable income and benefits.

Must be able to roll out MGP sites using provided HTML layouts.

Must be able to comfortably work with Gay, Fetish and Straight content, and must know what niches are compatible in each area.

This position also will be responsible for training and managing gallery submitters and people creating thumbs, approving galleries, etc. The successfull candidate will be working directly with a team of five people as part of a 20+ person department.

This is full-time, on-site work only. I'd prefer that you are already in the Charlotte Metro area or are willing to move on your own - relocation will be paid only to absolute gurus with a portfolio of successful sites.

Salary is negotiable. Medical and dental after 90 days.

most people that meet those requirements make 200k+ a year unless your paying really well doubt you will find anyone great.

Believe me, I know. I'm looking for someone capable, not necessarily "great".

Growing MGP sites is pretty easy when you have resources. You don't need to be "great" to do that. Growing them without resources requires greatness :)

I'm sure ABEN is a great company to work for, but honestly like sandman posted.. I can't think of why anyone whom was good at building and maintaining sites, would want to work for someone else. You would have to be offering up a very big salary to pull anyone that is any good at this stuff.

not sure i know anyone who wont be asking for over $150k to start - guys I hope have deep pockets or be willing to settle with paying someone under 60k - do a half ass job then spend the rest on fixing what was fucked up.
