7 years ago when I had a paycheck job,,,on Fridays a few of us would sign our checks and put them in a hat,,winner takes all.

Good idea though.. I once had a great idea for a sponsor program lottery..

people would send sales and then a winner is picked every week , and he gets everyone's sales..
