Luke does turn to the dark side in the books and then turns back. He does it to become a fucking hard jedi.

The funny thing about him fucking his sister is that he does it in the books.The book which he does it in was written by some guy who didnt speak with George Lucas and it was authorised before George had read it.

The one where he turns to the dark side is different from the one where he fucks Leia. I cant remember their names. The dark side one is after Return of The Jedi. The shagging one is before Return of The Jedi.

Bad guys have more fun, get to dress in black, and fuck all the hot chicks. Only problem is religious elements -- good/bad, light/dark -- have influenced story-telling for centuries and therefore light (shit hairstyles, crappy clothes) always wins out. Why? Because it's harder to look like shit, dress in beige, pal around with ewoks, and therefore winning is well-deserved.
