leaving tomorrow morning bright and early.. could not get my attorney in florida to write it's to late... but I need a power of attorney because were leaving our son with our mother in law who is flying in from jersey to stay in san diego with our son.. but we wanna sign custody over for the week were gone.. anyone find any free forms,.... BTW it's worth a free sale if your a danzabucks affiliate

you sign over custody everytime you go out in your car?

cuz statistically your more likely to bite it on the freeway then on an airplane

with that said...i remember my parents made a Will back in the 80's before a trip...i guess i don't know what its like to have a kid yet ; )
