Can someone tell me where this IP address goes?
 

222.96.172.90 I tried to do a traceroute but it said 'destination host unreachable'. Norton Internet Security detected and blocked a Netbus trojan intrusion and I want to know where it came from. How do these people find an IP? I know some of them just get IP's and try different last digits. Any help is appreciated and thanks. :Oh crap
