I dont know what I think. It just crossed my mind when seeing a post about childporn. I must say that I am 100% against childporn so thats not the question but if the object and the viewer both are under 18, how is it then. What does the law say, thats what I wonder.

This is actually an interesting topic, if you can put away the "this guy is a child pornographer in disguise" paranoia.

What if a 16 year old boy takes pics of his 16 year old GF for his personal use (say they are going to be apart for the summer, I've seen this happen actually when in high school), and then later on her parents find out he's been fucking here.

Then she spills the beans about the pics, and the parents complain to cops about "child porn". What happens there? I think it's pretty BS to say that the "spirit" of the law is to jail the kid because he did something completely normal.


*shrug* Very interesting though, because it's a scenario that could very easily have happened to a couple kids I went to HS with.. There was nothing perverted about it, yet to think they could still have gone to jail over it... hrm.

That's pretty f'in scary. I'd have to say probably not unless one solicited for something like that or didn't but received it and kept it instead of turning it in. However, the scariest part of the CP fiasco is that undoubtedly some vengeful people will clue in to the "innocent until proven guilty" state of the legal system. It kind of seems like all someone would have to do is call their local police department and say their neighbor had CP and before you know it they've confiscated everything.

I'm all for putting guilty bastards in jail and castrating them - just wonder sometimes that if I piss off the right person in my hometown if they'd be given any credibility without a proper investigation. Any one of us in here would be out of business if they confiscated our home, office and server equipment.

My ex girls little sister took some pics with a friend of hers, she was clothed but the friend was just in panties, and like dumb asses they printed some of the pics and put them up in their rooms, well the naked girls mom found them and pressed charges on my ex's sister, since she took the photos of the naked girl.
It held up in court, but being that she was only 15 she just got some service.

Fucking stupid. If I met her mom on the street I'd slap her as hard as I could right there and then, stupid bitch. Goes ruining a life on an innocent child. All kids play stuff together, just that some play photographers instead of doctors. Big fucking difference. Grow up and get a life mom!
