A quick rant about tech support......
 

When you are dealing with someone via ICQ dont just disappear!!

Say something for fuck sake........

I just told him what the problem was and then nothing - What am I supposed to do? - Is he fixing the problem?, is he sick of me moaning and put me on ignore?, did he even get the fucking ICQ?

He just came back to me as I was typing this....... but Im gonna post it anyway

my ICQ has been dropping messages badly lately, as have alot of others I have talked with. maybe he was sending you messages and they werent getting through. Seriously something is up with ICQ.

ICQ has been losing messages on me for about two weeks now.. piece of crap.

i have yet to experience such problem in ICQ.

hey Damian, most likely, they are ignoring your messages. you can always
give them a ring to make sure everything is properly attended. :thumbsup

Probably has 50 message windows open with someone expecting an answer right now :upsidedow

seems like the support guy is working beyond the load limit.
