Depends on the time span between releases, but usually 3-4

If it hurts at 4....you should stop at 2. I once had to send a guy to ER because he develope a perpetual hardon from engaging in that activity too much ...think he was at #3 at the time :)

well... I guess it depends how good you are at jerking. You can get out 100% of your load in one shot if you know what you are doing... so it will hurts as soon as the 2th shot
