    Questions about Hiring Gallery Submitters -

    For you guys who have local college students, etc employed as gallery submitters ... I'm curious how do you go about recruiting them? A normal ad in the paper? Are you able to call it an internship so that they can get credit for it? How much do you offer as a starting wage?

    I feel that I have enough good partner accounts now to warrant hiring a part-time gallery submitter, and I'd like to get someone local who hasn't worked in adult before.

    Any tips welcome!

              I wouldn't pay them more than 9 bucks a hr.

                          just remember you get what you pay for.

                          in my experience its better to give them a % as they work harder and more accurately.

                                  why not try hiring submitters offshore, for sure they have fair prices to offer...in case u need one, give me buzz...gonna hook u up with a group of submitters based in the philippines, 346291510

                                          SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                                                      ive been thinkin bout that, but as you know there have been some pretty shitty posts bout outsourcing, so will they have their own dbase and you just fw the gallerie urls or? (first time for us you noticed )
