I have had this happen and someone bitch as well, "KID" is not meant to be a degrading or negative thing I call people kid every once and a while sometimes we do not want to use a first name etc or just use kid as a term of endearment like dude, bro, etc. that is just my 2 cents take it for what you like I am only 34 so if someone called me kid I would be way cool with it...lol
