The basic layout will stay the same: three columns, left will be top 100, middle will be the top list, and the right will be sponsor links. That wont change because after all, it's just a top list, nothing else ;-).

You got to be kidding. The layout is the only thing that didn't change. The old design was UGLY! The new design is A LOT better.
