Yes, it is. If you go to the screenshots and look at the URLs of "your" paysites you'll see that they are tagged with variables, just like any other ref URL to a paysite.

Sort of, you get paid $80 per lead, so it's more like something you would sell to people looking to "own" their own website. Prolly won't have much luck selling it to seasoned adult webmasters though. :2 cents:
