I like Wordpress... http://www.smutblogger.com

I use WordPress.
It does everything you listed above except picture galleries, for that you need a plugin. I use LazyGallery.
If you need help setting it up, let me know.

Also works very well for a paysite MA. :)

if you use wordpress I think you want to be sure its not open for anyone to just post on.

anyone know of a good db backup plugin?
